Mile Marker 158 Dockside -Orange Beach, Alabama

Divine, Divine, Divine! And Yummy!! Did I leave anything out? This is what we thought about Mile Marker 158 Dockside. A restaurant located in Orange Beach, Alabama. The food was amazing. The view was fabulous. And we could not have gotten a kinder waiter. Shout out to Andrew, and we can’t wait to read some of your poetry. We headed over to The Wharf for the Light Up the Night Laser Show, and we decided to stop at Mile Marker 158 for an early dinner. I have to say that Marty did such a great job finding this place. It sits right on the canal, so you can dine outside to enjoy nature or a sunset or dine in for added comfort. It was still a little warm outside at 93 degrees, so we dined in.

We began our meal with the Beef Tenderloin Bites. Marinated and grilled with gorgonzola cream sauce. And added the Truffled Seasoned Chips—house-made chips with sour cream and charred three-onion dip. Then Andrew presented us with some fresh bread with a strawberry buttery spread.

For the main course, Marty ordered the Fish of the Day, which was a Grouper. It was served with gouda, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Her hubby got the Teriyaki Glazed Salmon, which we highly recommend. We all stole some off his plate! He barely got any!! I ordered the honey truffle shrimp over roasted tomato risotto with a white truffle honey glaze. It came with a side of asparagus. And I will order this off the menu again. This meal was fabulous, y’all! We cannot even tell you which item was the best.

This family of restaurants goes out of the way to provide quality food and service, and for us, it shows. In our opinion, you cannot go wrong choosing from any of them. Try Villaggio’s, Ginny Lane, or Yo-Ho Rum tacos, all located at The Wharf. We have visited all of them and enjoyed every visit. Mile Marker 158 Dockside is located at 4673 Wharf Parkway W, Suite B, in Orange Beach, AL.
