McGuire’s Irish Pub -Pensacola, Florida

This past weekend we visited the Immersive Vincent Van-Gogh exhibit in Pensacola, Florida. So naturally, after we finished enjoying this magnificent experience, we were hungry. And one of my favorite places to visit in Pensacola is McGuire’s Irish Pub. It has been voted Best Steakhouse for eight years in a row, the best all-around restaurant, the best burger, and the best appetizers by The Best of the Bay, a Pensacola news journal. We haven’t been in some time, and my daughter hasn’t been, so there we went. Our crew began our meal with a spinach and artichoke dip appetizer. Amazing fresh chips as well as the dip. My daughter ordered ribeye steak. It came with a choice of mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, or French fries. It also came out with two yummy onion rings and a side salad. I wanted a hamburger and found a wonderful, tasty selection with the Hawaiian pineapple burger. But if you want to be more adventurous, try the Skippy Peanut Butter and Bacon Burger or the Pizza Burger. There are so many different burgers to choose from; I promise if you are a burger lover, you will not be disappointed. Marty went for the delightful French Dip with Au Jus, served with chips. There are so many items on their menu that you really need to click here to understand. From Pastrami to corned beef to Authentic Irish Stew. From Irish Cockles and Mussels to Irish Lamb Chops.

This restaurant is a unique find. Located on-site, you will find a butcher shop and a brewery. McGuire’s offers fine Ales, Porters, and Stouts brewed on-premises with only the finest malted barley, imported hops, and their very own house yeast. McGuire’s Irish Pub Pipe Band has been a part of Pensacola and the Gulf Coast music scene for over 35 years! Bringing traditional Irish music alive. Go to their website for event dates and times. McGuire’s also offers banquet facilities in The Grand Hall for larger gatherings. And don’t forget to write your name on a dollar bill and staple it on the wall. Ask the waitress how many are up there for the most recent count. It will blow your mind!

And we want to send a shout-out to our fabulous waitress Megan B. as she was the absolute best in taking care of us. She recently moved here and is making our area her home. If you want great service ask if she may be available to serve you at one of the most one-of-a-kind restaurants located in the South, at 600 East Gregory Street in Pensacola, Florida.
