Cobalt Restaurant

Can you say Tuna and Avocado stack? Sashimi-grade tuna and avocado marinated in sweet Asian sauce served between crisp wontons. Doesn’t that sound amazing? Well, it is! And you can try it at Cobalt in Orange Beach, Alabama. Pair it with a nice Rose’ of course, our favorite. Order a side of salad, an entrée, and your set with a fantastic meal and a luxurious view under the Perdido Bay Bridge, next to Caribe Resort. A spectacular view of the bay from every table.

For those who wish to approach by water, there are numerous boat slips available for small boats as well as medium-sized yachts. The restaurant also offers live music and fabulous service, which we experienced firsthand during our visit.

We found our waiter to be very attentive, and he was terrific at recommending the perfect items for us to try from the menu. He was spot on, and we absolutely enjoyed everything we tried. Marty and I both ordered the Snapper with green beans. We found it to be fresh, very tender, and juicy. For dessert, we splurged on the very yummy and mouthwatering Vanilla Bean Crème Brulé.

We can not say enough about Cobalt. After dessert, we walked near the water, took in the view, and enjoyed the sun in the outdoor seating area. We would highly recommend returning for dinner with your beau and ordering outside; drink in hand and cheers!
