    Garlic and Rosemary White Bean Dip

    Canned cannellini beans make a creamy and savory bean dip. Ingredients 1 (15-ounce) can of cannellini beans, rinsed ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons water 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary 1 small garlic clove, minced Salt and pepper Pinch cayenne pepper Feta cheese-optional Instructions Process beans, 3 tablespoons oil, water, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and cayenne in a food processor until smooth, about 45 seconds, scraping down sides of the bowl as needed. 2.     Frese Calabresi

    Refreshing Italian summer meal using seasonal ingredients. I Found this recipe on a recent trip to Italy. Use the freshest ingredients you can find. Ingredients: Put bread on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil. In another bowl, cut up the tomatoes. Add a sprinkle of salt. Add a sprinkle of oregano. Then put the tomato mixture on top of the bread. Optional: Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and/or blue cheese.
